Don't worry I'm not out to steal anybody's business idea, I just wonder what kind of brainstorming + research methods can help to find out what could be:
1.fun to do (for me)
2. profitable
How do you go about researching this, realizing that #1 is different for different individuals.
How do you brainstorm for a business idea ?
I do a lot of reading of industry magazines, newspapers, online sites, and press releases.
Once I have an inkling of an idea, I dig deeper in that related field, then I have 6-7 people I pitch ideas at as I sketch out ideas and what not on the whiteboard.
