Reply:Without actually looking into this issue specifically, the normally used method for determining if there is such an issue is called a binary regression. All the factors, experience, position, training are factored in and regressed, and then you test whether or not there is a significant difference caused by being female vs. male.
This is also known as a dummy variable regression.
