Psychological experiments/research? This is for class tomorrow; help!?

I am taking a research methods class and I have to decide what I want to do my research paper on by tomorrow...I have NO IDEA what to do! It just needs to be a simple experiment that I can come up with and find previous research on...any ideas???

Psychological experiments/research? This is for class tomorrow; help!?
in perception,

it should be easy to find previous research data on the decrement in hearing as people age

( men loose hearing in the high frequencies, usually earlier.)

and i think you could find research that shows that the human brain is attracted to green (like shade trees) and blue ( like water.)

there are millions of possibilities out there, but without Anything to narrow it down, it makes it tough for us.

think about whether you want to actually do the research ( like a simple study or questionnaires) or whether you want to report on other research, sort of combining the results in your paper.
Reply:what kind of experiment are you looking to do? technically in psychology the purpose of an "experiment" is to find the CAUSE of a specific behavior. (such as; what causes dads to be more protective of their daughters than their sons) but if it's supposed to be a simple research you would want to do a survey, a case study, a correlation, a natural observation (all of which you would just be "studying" a certain behavior) a survey or an observation would be easiest. you could do something like what percentage of teens are sexually active and what percantage of those teens are in a monogamous relationship (which would be a survey)
