im doing the "improving validity" section of my psychology coursework and i just cant think of another method which would be more appropriate.....please help.
What other research method could i use,apart from an experiment to test the displacement theory. Why?
Experiments have the most Internal Validity, so in that sense you can not "improve" validity from that method. However, you can improve other types of validity such as external validity by perhaps using a quasi-experimental study to look at subject variables as they relate to displacement theory.
